Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to analyze the examples of gothic fiction, romanticism and realism in literary works and film adaptations and to focus on the themes, characters, and symbols .

In this course, the classics of English literature and their film adaptations are analyzed by focusing on the themes, characters, and symbols.

4.4. To get critical perspective by analyzing the examples of films and literary works.
5.To identify and analyze the implicit and explicit meanings of films and literary texts
