The course examines main points of development in English short story tradition in the twentieth century as well as analysis of selected short stories written in the 20th century.
A thematic study of short stories written in the field of English literature during the 20th century.
| 1. | Mastery of characteristics of the genre of 20th century English short-story , and build up an awareness of historical, social, political, economic and literary background of the 20th century. |
