This course deals with capital markets, Capital Markets Board of Turkey and capital market institutions.
Capital market law, the Capital Market Board, duties of capital market Board, capital market tools, capital market institutions, financial system and its components, Regulatory and Supervisory Institutions, Financial intermediaries, operation procedures, public disclosure, financial instruments and valuation, fundamental and technical analysis
