Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to introduce the real estate appriasal process which is one of the most important branches of real estate industry, ensure the selection of correct data and identify appraisal techniques.

Course Content

Definition of real estate, terminology related to real estate, real estate financing, real estate investment partners, real estate funds and certificates, Mortgage loans and mortgages, valuation math, appraisal process, valuation methods, application examples, valuation standards and reporting.
