Objectives of the Course

ntroducing the objectives of the development and changes that enhance the effectiveness of organizational and managerial components within and outside of the organization, introducing strategies and the techniques that pathways to changes in the objectives of the organization and development management for the success of a typical change strategy to use in problem solving, organizational and executive development and intervention.

Course Content

Global management approaches, concepts or events related to organizational development, factors of organization development, intervention techniques of organization development towards structures, processes, individuals or groups, organizational learning, sensitivity training, team-building interventions.

Week 1 - Theoretical
The place of organization and development management in the institutions of change and management, main pillars of the system thinking and change relations.
Week 2 - Theoretical
The definitions, the scopes and the aims of the main concepts in organization and development management
Week 3 - Theoretical
Planned change, planned change models, stages of planned changes. Annual research, consultation process (the relations between change exports and receiving systems)
Week 4 - Theoretical
The process of organizational development, diagnostics, intervention to the receiver system and change, preservation of the changes and amendments equalization.
Week 5 - Theoretical
The factors that impact on the success of organization and development management and resistance to change.

Intervention techniques for organizational structure

Intervention techniques for sub-systems of the organization; job design, responsibility centers
