Objectives of the Course

The objective of this course is to help students to become successful in the construction sector by learning how to make correct decisions

Course Content

Project financing, methods of main financing for the projects that play role to constitute major funding sources for the reason based on properties can be considered profitable, investigation of funding sources, evaluation and decision making of optimum funding sources, to make the course participants understand and assess the project financing process and equip them with required knowledge to make the most optimal decision. Thus, the technical information such as financial modeling and project evaluation, discounted cash flow analysis, international project risks will be provided to the course participants.
