Objectives of the Course

This course aims to examine by evaluating the mortgage finance system in Turkey and the World in terms of project managers and end-users.

Course Content

Introduction, General Property Finance, the mortgage market, Mortgage Banking, Primary Mortgage Market, Secondary Mortgages Markets, Securitization, Housing Finance System in Developed Countries, Housing Finance Systems and Applications in Turkey, positions of properties against Tax Laws.
