Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to show the students functioning of performance appraisal and reward systems within a company. This course aims that the students undertake performance appraisal and reward systems based on fairness and cost considerations and bring about solutions to the problems related to performance problems within the firm.

Course Content

High-performance organization, highly motivated individual and team, identifying performance, solutions to the performance problems, Performance management system, critical factors of performance management system, definition of performance evaluation input, factors affecting the performance evaluation, Performance Evaluation Methods I, Performance Evaluation Methods II, constraints and problems performance evaluation, awarding and development of performance , improvements in performance evaluations.
