Objectives of the Course

This course aims to analyze the causes and effects of economic and financial crises. In this course, crisis indicators and the role of crises in the world economy and the Turkish economy are also analyzed.

Course Content

The content of this course includes crisis theories, pre-1929 crises, pre-1980 crises and post-1980 crises, economic and financial crises in Türkiye, crisis management, and international organizations.
