The aim of this course is to become familiar with official correspondence formats and to learn protocol rules in order to conduct high-quality correspondence appropriate to the objective.
The content of this course aims to enable students to grasp the fundamental principles and rules of written communication; to familiarize them with the linguistic, structural, and content-related characteristics of official and private correspondence; and to equip them to draft these types of correspondence accurately, effectively, and in a manner appropriate to the purpose. Furthermore, the course covers the protocols governing intra-organizational and inter-organizational communication, aiming to develop the skills in official communication, representation, and corporate conduct that students require in their professional lives.
