Objectives of the Course

To enable students to comprehend the new trends in public administration and the views and thoughts behind them, and to produce solutions to problems in public life.

Course Content

New public management, new public management, governance, post-modernism and public administration, administrative reform transfers, public interest, performance management, total quality, e-government, ethics, and public administration, local governments and local autonomy will be considered.
