Objectives of the Course

To enable the students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences to learn the basic concepts of executive and bankruptcy law.

Course Content

Within the scope of the course, the course covers the following topics: Unclaimed Execution, General Method of Violation, Method of Conviction Specific to Exchange Notes, Interpretation of Execution, Conversion of the Insolvency to the Paragraph, Follow-up by Road, Precautionary Harassment, Outcomes of Hajj, Bankruptcy Organization, Roads of Bankruptcy, Consequences of Bankruptcy, , Concordatonun results are discussed.
