It is aimed to introduce the concepts of public relations as a form of communication, to explain the functioning of public relations; to enable students to recognize the field of public relations and to develop their writing skills; to enable students to learn strategy and application skills that ensure a consistent brand communication application of the whole of corporate communication.
The history of public relations, public relations in the world and in Türkiye, the definition of public relations, its purposes and social responsibilities, public relations and advertising, public relations and propaganda, public relations and marketing, public relations and promotion, public relations and communication, the organizational structure of public relations, the qualifications of the public relations specialist, the target audience in public relations constitute the content of the course.
