Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the practical principles of the Turkish social security system, to carry out insurance transactions within the scope of social insurance branches, to comprehend employer obligations, and to apply social security legislation to real cases.

Course Content

The Social Security Law Practices course examines the legal processes that provide protection against risks individuals may encounter, such as illness, old age, unemployment and work accidents. This course includes a detailed analysis of institutional practices, claims, and judicial precedents within the framework of Law No. 5510 on Social Insurance and General Health Insurance.
