The Total Quality Management course aims to introduce the concept of quality and its relationship with workforce and organizational success. The course covers quality management systems, quality control tools and strategies, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. Students will gain the necessary skills to apply total quality management principles to enhance the operational efficiency and competitive advantage of organizations.
This course will cover the fundamentals of total quality management systems, quality standards, process improvement, and continuous development. Students will learn how to use quality control tools and techniques, and how to monitor and measure quality at the organizational level. The importance of customer orientation, leadership, and employee involvement in quality processes will also be discussed.
