Objectives of the Course

In this course, teaching of the basic laboratory practices for the plant disease studies was aimed.

Course Content

In this course, teaching of the principles of working in laboratory conditions, introduction to the basic laboratory equipments, principles of working conditions in aseptic technique and methods of culturing of microorganisms causing disease in phytopathology field.
