Objectives of the Course

Instructing the growing techniques by introducing fiber plants

Course Content

Classification and importance of fiber crops, in the world and our country acreage, production, yields, history, origin, systematic, morphological and physiological characteristics, climate and soil requirements, crop rotation, soil preparation, varieties and seed, sowing, cultural practices (hoeing, fertilizing, irrigation, etc.), harvesting.
