Objectives of the Course

To determine appropriate experimental design for field, greenhouse and laboratory researches, planning of experiment and hypothesis, to make measurement and observation based on study objectives, analysis of data and interpretation of results.

Course Content

Definition of basic statistics concept, planning of studies, to make hypothesis, analysis of research results by using appropriate experimental design and interpretation of analysis of variances, understanding of selection criterias for determining experimental models, planning of one two factorial experimental designs, interpretation of interactions and orthogonal comparisons for doses and cultivars

1.1. To be able to plan agricultural researches and determine appropriate statistical models and experimental designs
2.2. To be able to determine objectives of studies in order to provide an idea and solution for problems encountered, to develop a hypothesis and test of hypothesis, to make interpretation for analysis results
