Objectives of the Course

In the scientific explanation of events, it is inevitable to collect, analyze and use statistical data in all branches of science. The aim of the Agricultural Data Sources and Use course, which is based on the analysis and interpretation of problems in agriculture, is to produce solutions with a systematic approach to events and phenomena within the framework of scientific thinking method, and to have young researchers study based on primary data in the field of Agricultural Economics.

Course Content

Research process (problem identification, data collection, data analysis and interpretation of results), major scientific research methods (experimental method, descriptive method, historical method, etc.) and data analysis methods (non-parametric statistics), literature review, data collection, data editing, analysis and interpretation and report writing techniques.
