Objectives of the Course

The purpose of this course is to teach the students feasibility , planning and implementation of an aquaculture facility

Course Content

Facility location , field of investment feasibility studies , investment planning, investment economic analysis, investment projects, production based technique planning, preparation of the aquaculture and processing plant projects and also the substances laws and regulations that need to know.

1. Be able to associate between the importance of the project planning of fisheries facilities and aquaculture production,
2. Be able to use the supporting subjects that utilized in studies of aquaculture facility projects,
3. Be able to classify the aquaculture facilities and decide on the establishment of facilities,
4. Be able to prepare preliminary survey work required before the project,
5. Be able to prepare infrastructure and site planning,
6. Be able to do the economically analysis of fisheries facilities,
7. Be able to plan of an aquaculture facility (relevant regulations, communiqués and circulars)

Tools and computational methods utilized in design studies for the production of fishery products
Week 4 - Theoretical
Classification of aquaculture facilities in the project that subject to

Determining of the main lines of project and making a special study according to this direction

Preparation of feasibility report , feasibility study which is necessary for the financial, economic and technical information about the surveys
