The aims of this course are; defining the landscape, classifying the landscape, the importance of recreation for people, the classification of recreation, presenting the concepts of rural recreation and rural recreation areas, conveying information about rural recreation areas and the planning of these areas, defining an exemplary rural area on the periphery of the city in zoning plans and developing scenarios for recreation. is to provide.
In the course, information will be presented on topics such as classification of landscape and rural landscape, the concept of recreation, factors affecting rural recreation area potential, methods of evaluating recreational potential, principles of rural recreation area planning. Examples of rural recreation; A rural recreation area proposal scenario will be studied by presenting the planning principles of picnic areas, camping areas, highway recreation areas, golf areas, holiday villages and other rural recreation areas.
