Objectives of the Course

It is aimed to teach growing conditions of alternative types such as sturgeon, tilapia, eel, velvet living in fresh water, production techniques and necessary infrastructure for them

Course Content

It includes many scientific researches such as the use of breeding techniques of freshwater fish from rootstock phase to serve step and infrastructure elements, brood stock rearing larval production, larvae feed and transportation to the market stage

1.To be able to found relation between water request of Alternative cold water fish (salmon, etc.) and available water sources, and to list the necessary technical conditions for seed production
2. To be able to design the Pike Fish Breeding
3. To be able to explain the various methods of broadcasting fish production
4. To be able to design suitable water conditions in the breeding of eels
5.To be able to explain the gray mullet and tilapia production
6.To be able to use tench and grass carpin suitable water conditions
7.To be able to apply production of Mersin fish
