Objectives of the Course

The purpose of this course is to teach the students effects of ecological and financial approaches of aquaculture systems on sustainability

Course Content

Aquaculture facilities related to maintenance of ecologically, according to sustainable aquaculture, system, place and species selection, criteria and measures of national planning to development of aquaculture, the ecological effects of aquaculture, definition of risk and impact of environmental and economic risks on aquaculture, environmental and financial risks related to inland and marine aquaculture

2. Be able to make aquaculture risk analysis according to the system type,
3.Be able to take the necessary measures by calculating the environmental impact depending on the species
4. Be able to identify the appropriate type of marine fish for aquaculture
5.Student can describe fresh water fish which are culturable
