Objectives of the Course

The purpose of this course is to present the students detailed information about the production characteristics and production technologies of the fish species that alternatively being cultured

Course Content

Dentex , red porgy and other porgy species, sea bream species, corb, umbra, tuna, meagre, turbot, white grouper, orfos, white sea-bream, dusky grouper and other species that can provide new opportunities for manufacturers in commercially will be presented
