Objectives of the Course

It aims to have and apply the knowledge necessary to protect individuals’ / community’s health, to prevent loss of life and to ensure that individuals suffer the least harm during natural disasters, accidents and injuries

Course Content

Definition and objectives of first aid, patient assessment, shock, basic life support, bleeding, wounds, burns, sudden loss of consciousness, poisoning, exposure to heat / cold, head and spinal traumas, fractures / dislocations / sprains and muscle cramps, triage, transportation and recovery of patients.

3.To be able to explain the rules of patient evaluation applied at the scene
4.To be able to explain the principles of triage during the transportation of patients and the injured

6.To be able to adopt the code of ethics when applying all kinds of first aid to patients or the injured
