Objectives of the Course

Learning the definition of the Sportive Rhythmic and Gymnastics branch, the general characteristics of the branch, its historical development, the tools used specific to the branch, learning the locomotor and gymnastic movements and applying them with musical accompaniment along with the use of equipment.

Course Content

The body movements required in Rhythmic Gymnastics are provided by the combination of artistic and original movements and body elements; jumps, skips, balances, turns, pivots, waves, swings, steps, rolls, standing on hands, static body postures, dynamic body postures (movements with and without rotation) together with rhythmic gymnastics equipment (ball, rope, hoop, club, ribbon). is studied. .
