Weekly Detailed Course Contents
Week 1 - Theoretical
Definition of step aerobic. Learn about the basic movements used in step aerobic. Important rules in making moves of aerobic and existing choreography in aerobic-step.
Week 2 - Theoretical
Step-Aerobic teach the basic techniques of theoretical and practical. Important conditions in aerobic-step.
Week 3 - Theoretical
Week make the separation and identification. Show high intensity of aerobic steps
Week 4 - Theoretical
Warm-up and cool-down exercises teach the basic techniques of theoretical and practical.
Week 5 - Theoretical
Music for warming choice and preparing warming choreography. Preparing step aerobics music
Week 6 - Theoretical
Rhythmic moves with music in aerobic-step, presentation and choice of moves.
Week 7 - Theoretical
The importance of heart rate control and learning to take pulse. Determine and calculate target heart rate.

Step material information (interim evaluation)

Preparing simple choreography of the step aerobic.
