The aim of this course is to teach the students who are familiar with the fitness equipment and exercise prescription principles that protect and improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular fitness by using various fitness training methods, and to teach the principles and methods of developing a fitness program that includes individual levels of strength, strength and flexibility and can vary according to individual differences.
