Objectives of the Course

To understand the basic laws that constitute the structure of the Turkish education system; Examine the properties of the system operation. To recognize the types of organizations in the education system, the structure of organizations and their place in human life. To have knowledge about management processes.

Formation of education systems and structure of Turkish education system; Basic laws regulating Turkish education system; The central, provincial and foreign organization of the Ministry of National Education; Teaching levels in Turkish education system; Manpower, physical, technological and financial resources in Turkish education system; Reform and innovation initiatives in the Turkish education system; organization-management theories and processes; school as a social system and organization; management of human resources; student personal affairs; jobs related to education and training; jobs related to school management; school, environment, community and family relations; Current debates and orientations about Turkish education system and school.
