Objectives of the Course

Develops a positive attitude towards the teaching of creative drama. • Creativity, drama, creative drama, play and theater pedagogy, communication-interaction, role-playing, improvisation, etc. gain basic concepts. • Understands the competencies and responsibilities that should be acquired while applying drama. • Gains knowledge of all the developmental characteristics of individuals and how drama teaching should be based on these characteristics.

Course Content

Sociological and psychological dimensions of drama, history of drama and its applications in education, the terms of drama in education, role playing and improvisation and the relationship between drama and creativity and communication concepts, drama practices and how to use drama activities in teaching different courses will be examined.
