Objectives of the Course

The aim of the first aid course is to educate the students as first aid providers in accordance with the Ministry of Health and European standards in emergencies requiring assistance.

Course Content

Principles of first aid, emergency assessment, communication skills, interaction with the injured, keeping the airway open, bleeding intervention, intervention in fractures and soft tissue injuries, first aid in case of poisoning, intervention in head and spinal cord injuries.
