Objectives of the Course

To students; To introduce motor unit, to understand the causes of neuromuscular fatigue, to introduce flexibility and plyometric studies, to understand the connection of respiratory blood and endocrine system to exercise, to teach the concepts of maxVO2, aerobic and anaerobic threshold.

Course Content

The causes of fatigue after exercise, flexibility studies, plyometric training, the relationship between exercise, respiration, blood and endocrine system, the concept of maxVO2, aerobic and anaerobic thresholds during exercise.

Motor unit and strenght-power relation
Week 2 - Theoretical
Relation between the length and strength,neuro-muscular fatigue and causes
Week 3 - Theoretical
Flexibility physiological basis of the work,aims and principles of the types and application
Week 4 - Theoretical
o increase muscle strength and plyometric work, physiological basis, the purposes and principles of the application.
Week 5 - Theoretical
Streching and plyometric training. (Practical application)
Week 6 - Theoretical
Respiratory system operations, the general features of the lungs and respiratory tract, respiratory system, and changes in exercise

Regular trainings adaptation of the respiratory system and the results of the post-exercise oxygen debt recovery process
