Objectives of the Course

Recognition of Alternative Measurement and Evaluation Approaches in Physical Education and Developing Appropriate Measurement Tools. Students who have knowledge about measurement and evaluation approaches, methods and techniques in general, gain knowledge about alternative measurement and evaluation approaches and the methods they use and use them in physical education.

Course Content

Knowledge of basic concepts of measurement and evaluation. Measurement of behaviors. To be able to apply the ways of ensuring the reliability of measurement tools. Recognition of tests that measure success (written examination-oral exams-short-answer exams-true false tests-multiple choice tests). Understanding the types of evaluation.
