Objectives of the Course

To make students acquainted with the legal dimension and importance of the sports industry, which has become a giant sector and whose problems grow in parallel with this development.

General information about sports law, introduction to sports law. Characteristics of sports legislation, indirect issues of sports law.

1.In Turkey, independent sports clubs and federations will have knowledge about the organization and functioning of sports legislation.
2.Sporda acquires knowledge about legal and criminal liability.
3.The student will have knowledge about the developments in the world and in Turkey regarding sports law and sports organization.
4.To know the problems of sports sector.
5.To learn general law terms.
