Objectives of the Course

Ritmik cimnastik-1 dersi, branş tanımı, tarihçesi ve genel özellik tanımlayabilme, ritmik cimnastik kurallarını sınıflayabilme, temel alet kullanımlarını, temel vücut geliştirme bilgilerini ve özel antrenman hedef kavramayı içermektedir.

Course Content

Branş kurallar, Özel antrenman bilgileri, Branş ısınma tarzı Esneklik çalışmaları, temel vücut teknikleri, alet tekniklerinin öğretimini içerir.

1.Know how to develop the technique according to age groups in rhythmic gymnastics.
2.Know how to develop body technique according to age groups in rhythmic gymnastics.
3.Knows how to plan composition in individual series
4.To be able to apply the basic techniques of rhythmic gymnastic rope, pink, ball.
5. To be able to apply the basic techniques in rhythmic gymnastics, mute and ribbon instruments.
