Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course; to learn the methods of training in football, talent selection, team defense and attack systems to develop and use in accordance with the purpose of the game to teach.

Course Content

Speed ??and rapidity in football training methods; pliometric training; weekly, monthly and annual period, talent selection, team attack and defense.
