Objectives of the Course

To comprehend the importance of exercise. Understanding the importance of life-long sports and physical activity and teaching the social, psychological and physiological effects of sports.

Course Content

To be able to comprehend the importance of sport and physical activity throughout life, exercise types, knowledge of healthy life, social effects of sport, psychological and physiological effects of sport, exercise and rehabilitation, therapy and therapy types.
