Objectives of the Course

Rhythmic Gymnastics course aims to define the branch definition, history and general characteristics, classify the rhythmic gymnastics rules, use basic instruments, apply basic body difficulties and understand special training knowledge.

2.To be able to classify rhythmic gymnastics rules and to learn about terminology.
3. To be able to perform basic body movements used in rhythmic gymnastics.
4. To be able to apply the basic techniques of rhythmic gymnastic rope apparatus and to create choreography.
5. To know the importance of rhythmic gymnastics
