Objectives of the Course

To give basic concepts of leisure, leisure and recreation and to relate recreation with other fields (sports, health, therapeutic, park and open spaces, workplace, tourism, environment, economy, game, etc.).

The aim of this course is to introduce students to recreation concepts and activities.
