The aim of the Hemsball course is to teach the basic techniques of Hemsball, a new-generation sport that supports individuals’ physical, mental, and social development, enhances motor skills, and strengthens attention-coordination integration. The course also aims to help students understand the educational value of sport, adopt fair competition within the framework of game rules, and learn how to adapt Hemsball activities for different age groups
This course covers the history of Hemsball, game rules, fundamental techniques and tactics, contributions to physical development, and application methods. It also includes how Hemsball can be used for recreational and educational purposes, game variations for different age groups and special populations, and in-field organization. The course focuses on individual performance, team coordination, attention control, and reflex development.
