Objectives of the Course

This course aims at to provide students with the ability to give critical decisions in emergency when necessary and to provide care, rehabilitation and training to the patients requiring intensive care with a holistic approach.

Intensive Care Nursing, Structuring and Management of Intensive Care Unit, Physiological Problems in Intensive Care Patients, Psychological Problems in Intensive Care Patients, Intensive Care Infections and Prevention, Patient Care in Mechanical Ventilators, Nutrition in Intensive Care Patients, Medications Used in Intensive Care and Management, Ethical and Legal Problems Encountered in Intensive Care, Evidence-Based Practices in Intensive Care, Crush Syndrom
