Objectives of the Course

Psychoeducation program which will help students cope with the stressors they experience in the vocational training process is aimed at improving the social skills of the individuals with professional identity development.

Course Content

This course includes awareness of emotion and thought, cognitive distortions, empathy and developing safe behavior.

1.Gain awareness of the learners' own feelings, thoughts and attitudes
2.Awareness of what the learners are doing when they are experiencing different emotions and what is happening in their bodies
3.To be able to explain the relationship between the learners' feelings, thoughts and reactions
4.The student will understand that our feelings and reactions are not the events but the reason for our beliefs and beliefs
5.The student will recognize his inexhaustible thoughts and beliefs in himself and others
6. Student will express the importance of empathic communication in facilitating communication
7.The student will realize the importance of self-expression
8.The student can develop safe behavior without being under the influence of others
9.Enterprise will be able to distinguish aggressive and passive behavior
10.Student will be able to develop new solutions by questioning the causes and solutions of problems in reflection process direction
