To provide to students who will work at hospitality sector,to recognize the human recources department,to simplify the harmony to the hospitality sector.

| 1. | To learn the designation of rights and compultion according to the diciplinaried working conditions, suitable to the basic staff policies,to learn how to arrange the matters pertaining to personnel according to the laws. |
| 2. | To learn the planning,implementation and propulsion of the duties about employment,observation and disemployment of the workers according to the company’s policy and target. |
| 3. | Observing the effects of personnel on the company and the company on the personnel |
