Objectives of the Course

Emphasize the differences between verbal, non-verbal and written communication types; to examine the place of empathy in communication; to evaluate the importance of personal and organizational communication.

Course Content

In this course, especially interpersonal communication, organizational communication and verbal-non-verbal communication issues will be explained.
