The course aims to teach how to make the right decisions about the investments of enterprises in long term fixed assets
Concept of investment, types, characteristics of tourism investments, collecting information about decision making by making use of accounting and financial management information, classification of information, preparing for analysis, methods used in analysis of investment projects, advantages and disadvantages of methods, sample applications about analysis.
