Emphasize the differences between verbal, non-verbal and written communication types; to examine the place of empathy in communication; to evaluate the importance of personal and organizational communication.
In this course, especially interpersonal communication, organizational communication and verbal-non-verbal communication issues will be explained.
| 1. | Recognize the characteristics of various factors such as source, receiver, message in the communication process. |

| 3. | Knows what features the source and receiver must have in order to be successful in communication. |
| 4. | Recognize verbal communication and gain effective speaking and listening skills. |
