Objectives of the Course

The objective of this course is teaching of basic German language which they need during their graduate studies and during their works after their studies so that the students can express after their studies in German language what they want.

Course Content

The aim of this course is tell (explain) of students written and verbal their wishes and demands with their learned German language knowledge after finish of their studies in tourism sector.

1.Students understand basic German grammar,
2.Learn simple patterns of German speech.
3.Students can understand if someone speaks German in normal speed.
4.They get an ability to speak German in a simple level.
5.They can express their thoughts by use of simple sentences.
6.Grammatically the students get enough knowledge about indefinite pronouns, personal pronouns, accusative, dative, and genitive form of personal pronouns, prepositions, interrogatives, prepositions of direction
7.They can use the subjects had learned by dialog exercises and text study for the tourism section.

Week 1 - Theoretical
Information of students about the aim of this lesson and its limits, give knowledge about course content, general repeat
Week 2 - Theoretical
Description of life area, comment about household equipment / furniture making, pointing pronouns/ indefinite pronouns
Week 3 - Theoretical
Information about prohibits, sending of post cards, determination of place.
Week 4 - Theoretical
Recognition of diseases, parts of our body, suggests, property pronouns, modal verb “sollen”
Week 5 - Theoretical
Reject of any proposal, forming of interrogative sentences, conjugation of verbs in present past time
Week 6 - Theoretical
Daily life, giving an information about any lived event
Week 7 - Theoretical
Verb conjugations in present past time, accusative personal pronouns.
Week 8 - Theoretical
Short repeat of learned topics and reinforce of knowledge with exercise.
