This course is intented for ss who are in close contact with guests so its main target is to introduce new features to challenge, to enrich professional vocabulary, listening, speaking and writing skills in order to communicate successfully with the general puplic and should prove beneficial to all employees working in the tour agencies.
In parallel with the course objectives, the aim of the course mainly includes studies about hotel/tour reservations, informing the guests about the service and departments in hotel and travel managements, reading and comprehending the explanatory brochures of hotel/travel managements, improving the skills for reading, comrehending, writing and listening to the dialogues for welcoming and seeing of the guests.
