The aim of the course is to examine the strategic management approach in terms of tourism enterprises and is analyzed
Strategy and similar concepts, characteristics of strategic management, processes, elements, external and internal environment analysis, top management strategies, corporate strategies, competition strategies, functional strategies, strategic management techniques
| 1. | Have a broad knowledge of the concept of strategy and distinguish the concept of strategy from similar concepts |
| 2. | Learn the features of strategic management, strategic management process and elements |
| 3. | Have knowledge about external and internal environmental analysis techniques in strategic management process |
| 4. | Gains knowledge of how environmental elements are measured in strategic management process. |
