Objectives of the Course

To train an agency manager who has detailed information about professional qualification conditions, working environments and sensitive subjects of the guides frequently employed by travel agencies.

Course Content

The professional characteristics of the tour guides in the tour programs of travel agencies, the basic competencies in the organization of guidance services, the qualifications that managers must have to assume responsibility.
